Number 12 is the plate that is being auctioned here, not number 1. Number one is shown just to let people know that there were plates numbers one through 15 I believe issued to the college before they actually had their own tribal license plates. This would technically be a first issue tribal college license plate from the Salish Kootenai Tribe on the Flathead Reservation in Montana. The College is located in Pablo Montana. This license plate is more than 3 years expired and complies with eBay listing requirements.
