    Description

    Offered for your consideration is a clear glass cake stand
    made by Hobbs, Brockunier and Company
    (1845-1888) in their number 77 pattern. This pattern dates circa 1880.
    The cake stand measures 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) overall diameter, 9 inches (23.8 cm) inside rim, and is 7 inches (17.8 cm) tall.
    This cake stand is in excellent used condition with no cracks, chips, nor roughness. There are several light surface scratches on platter which I try showing in last photo. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, a shear (straw) mark, and other minor imperfections due to the manufacturing process used at the time.
    Cake stand will be shipped from a smoke-free home and will be packed securely for shipping.
