One of the most popular products by Trader Joe's.  This coconut oil is organic virgin oil derived from the meat of matured coconuts.
It's cold pressed and filtered to remove any remaining pieces of the fruit, unrefined.  Simple process, nothing more, all natural.
It is a mild flavored & stable oil.  It's great for cooking and heats well in high temperature.  It's a healthier alternative oil to use than butter, margarine, or any cooking oil or in salad dressings, baking, or even as a moisturizer for dry skin .
When you receive the product, it may be in liquid or solid state (wax like).  Please look at the pictures above for comparison. It will change it's state depending on the temperature which it is stored.
